Allied Universal is hiring for a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee security operations for a high-profile client in the Los Angeles area. The role involves directing security staff, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining high standards of safety and service during assigned shifts.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and solid knowledge of security procedures. Pay is $24.35 per hour with multiple daily shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher, or service in active-duty military, reserves, or National Guard.
• Two years of verifiable work experience demonstrating customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for officers on shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
