Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers aren’t on site, ensure opening and closing procedures, and support daily operations to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and excellent communication and supervision abilities.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.

• Handle price setting, stock replenishment, displays and weekly/promotional merchandising.
