Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving store execution and customer satisfaction. You will lead the crew when management is absent, ensuring smooth operations and timely opening/closing tasks.

This role emphasizes customer service, supervision, and effective communication with management and staff, while maintaining confidentiality and proper merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Dedu ctive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; willing to overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when manager or supervisor is not onsite.
• Coordinate and direct activities; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints in accordance with policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
