• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes cash handling tasks, refunds, and supports checkouts.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Acts as liaison between management and team when management is not present.
• Coaches team members, conducts pricing tasks, inventory counts, and basic maintenance.
