Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Illinois to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service.

In this role, you will lead store crews when managers are not onsite, supervise opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain merchandising, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
