Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on exceptional customer service. When managers are unavailable, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise crews, handle merchandise, pricing, and displays, and resolve customer questions while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Maintain merchandise displays, pricing and stock.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
