Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When there is no manager onsite, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the store crew, maintain merchandise presentation, and resolve customer issues while upholding CVS policies. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store's crew by assigning and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
