Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in California to support store management in daily operations and customer service excellence. This role leads staff when managers are not onsite and ensures opening and closing tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities include supervising crew activities, assisting customers, maintaining stock and displays, and upholding CVS customer service standards to foster loyalty and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when no manager on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure stock, pricing and displays are accurate and merchandised per planogram.
