Job summary

Amcor is seeking a safety-driven leader to oversee manufacturing safety and process integrity at our Bowling Green, KY facility. The role emphasizes active safety engagement, risk assessments, and ensuring quality standards while guiding teams through training and development.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, corrective actions, and maintaining productive relations with employees. Candidates should have 5–7 years manufacturing experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Attend and perform well in shift-based overtime as required.
• High school diploma or GED; read, write and speak English.
• Past experience in manufacturing disciplines with clean drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all employees through active safety engagement and clear communication.
• Lead risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate full operation of manufacturing processes to achieve production goals and quality standards.
• Perform employee performance appraisals and develop teams.
• Attend First Responder and PIT training as required.
