Job summary

Amcor in Asheville, NC seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, focusing on safety, quality, service, waste and productivity. You will guide the team, manage systems, equipment, and materials in line with policy and customer requirements.

You will oversee daily production schedules, validate performance, monitor payroll and attendance, and drive continuous improvement through daily audits, SAP data and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience a plus.

• Manage shift production to meet safety, quality, service, waste, and productivity goals.
• Lead the team and manage systems, equipment, people, and materials.
• Oversee daily production schedules and staffing, ensure payroll coverage.
