Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Louisville, KY to provide shift leadership for Stretch Blow Molding, Injection Molding, and related processes, ensuring production plans are met and quality plans followed.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage staffing, coordinate production, and maintain GMP. The role requires 3–5 years of supervision in high-volume manufacturing and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in business/operations.
• Ability to lead and train staff, conduct performance evaluations.
• Overtime flexibility; proficient Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to meet production schedules and goals.
• Ensure GMP and Quality Plans are followed.
