CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Conway, NH, to support the CVS Store Management team and ensure smooth operations. You will oversee staff in absence of a manager, drive store execution and promote superior customer service to build loyalty.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support CVS Store Management team in store execution and performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
