Job summary

CVS Health in Hampton, NH is seeking a Part‑Time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead the store staff, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately while delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include supervising the crew, assisting customers, merchandising, price tagging and stock rotation. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Anticipated weekly hours: 29. Pay range: $16.50-$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Merchandise and present products: price, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventories.
