CVS Health Corporation in Conway, NH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the store management team, drive store execution, and foster exceptional customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, coordinate merchandising, and maintain aisles while promoting CVS customer service culture. Strong communication, multitasking, and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
