Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Santa Barbara, CA to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. When managers are away, you will lead the staff to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and standards are upheld.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, stock and price merchandise, and maintain compliance with company policies while delivering a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Stock, price, and merchandise displays; reset departments per plans.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and safe shopping environment.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
