Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will lead the store crew when a manager is not onsite and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory abilities, and the flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. A high school diploma is preferred though not required, and the position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when management is unavailable.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions and issues, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise and present stock, price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments per planograms.
