Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead staff when managers are absent, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures. The role centers on exceptional customer service, operational execution, and maintaining store standards.

The Shift Supervisor will supervise crew, assist customers, manage merchandise presentation, and uphold confidentiality. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights,

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly/promotional/seasonal plans.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure smooth store operations.
