Job summary

CVS Health in Danville, IL is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store staff and support the CVS Store Management team in daily store execution and customer service excellence.

You'll supervise crews, coordinate opening/closing procedures, and handle customer questions while maintaining inventory, merchandising and safety standards. Flexible scheduling including mornings, nights and weekends is required, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture with greetings and assistance.
• Handle all customer relations issues per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
