Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Illinois. You will support the store management team, supervise staff, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed while delivering excellent customer service.

You will mentor crew, coordinate merchandising, price and stock shelves, and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers. Flexible schedule and overtime possible, with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the crew; communicate information between management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle issues per policy, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, reset departments following POGs
