Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Lawrenceville, IL is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and foster CVS customer service excellence. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, merchandise presentation, and hands-on customer assistance while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role offers a 20-hour weekly schedule with competitive pay ranging from $16 to $23 per hour and benefits eligibility

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and ensure displays and seasonal merchandise are organized.
• Maintain confidentiality and support store operations to ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
