Job summary

CVS Health in Redmond, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed when managers are absent.

You will supervise the crew, communicate with management, assist customers, merchandise and maintain stock, while upholding privacy and safety standards. The role is full-time with a 40-hour workweek and benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities and communicating with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Merchandise and present items, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
