Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead the store staff in the manager’s absence, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and that operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, merchandising, price tagging, restocking, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is absent and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per planograms and seasonal promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure visibility of promotions.
