Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

This full-time role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, weekends, and delivering a positive CVS customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as required.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle customer relations per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotional displays.
