Job summary

CVS Health in Town of Monroe, NY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through service excellence. When managers are away, you lead the team and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will work with store management to supervise crew, assist customers, merchandise, and maintain presentation, while adhering to company policies and protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and operations in absence of manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and protect confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and manage weekly inventories.
• Ensure open/close procedures are completed accurately.
