Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are absent, you lead the staff and ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures.

You will supervise the crew, communicate across teams, assist customers, and uphold CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively between management and store crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Merchandise, price and stock shelves; execute displays and seasonal merchandise.
