Job summary

CVS Health in Monroe, New Jersey, seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When managers are not onsite, you lead staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, maintain displays, and uphold CVS customer service standards while ensuring confidentiality and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff and coordinate with store management.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays according to plans.
