CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in O’Fallon, MO to support store management, drive execution and enhance customer loyalty. When managers aren’t on site, you’ll lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain store standards.

You’ll supervise crew activities, communicate with management, handle customer questions, and help ensure a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality and safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Willingness to work early mornings, overnights and weekends as needed.
• Retail supervisor experience preferred.
