Job summary

CVS Health in Arnold, MO is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help and thanking customers.
• Handle customer relations issues in line with company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and ensure displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute display maintenance of off-shelf merchandise and reset departments per planograms (POGs).
