Job summary

CVS Health in Kennebunk, ME is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in the absence of a manager, drive customer service excellence and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with management, resolve customer issues and promote CVS service standards while protecting confidentiality.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, with a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory per promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
