The role requires strong communication, supervision, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with opportunities to contribute to merchandising and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure smooth store operations and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve problems, promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and inventories.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to relay information and ensure standards.
