Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Brick Township, NJ. You will lead shifts, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold brand standards and food-safety requirements. The role includes training new team members and monitoring cash handling compliance.

Responsibilities include POS operations, daily opening/closing, food prep, product stocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Flexible schedules and a fast-paced team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Handle kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Report observations or concerns to plaza leadership.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
