Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and foster customer loyalty through outstanding service. You will lead staff during shifts without a manager, ensuring opening/closing tasks are completed and operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandise presentation, and effective communication with management and crews. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with a High School diploma or equivalent.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff and coordinate with store management.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
