Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and help ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Supervise crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities and communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Maintain store presentation by pricing, stocking, merchandising and inventory tasks.
