Job summary

In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, supervise daily tasks, handle customer questions, and maintain accurate merchandising, pricing and displays while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer questions and issues.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays according to planograms.
