Job summary

Metro Auto Parks is seeking a Supervisor to manage one of our working shifts at Union Station West Wing. You will supervise direct reports, provide task instructions, track attendance, and measure KPIs to review team performance.

The role requires excellent communication, a passion for excellence, and prior leadership experience is a plus. Salary ranges between $23 and $25 per hour and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic for revenue/cash accounting.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees meeting performance expectations.
• Give instructions or orders to subordinates.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
• Meet deadlines and approve work hours.
• Provide great customer service at all levels.
• Greet customers and direct them to park; assist during checkout if needed.
• Be flexible for evenings and weekend operations.
