Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a supervisor to lead programs and assist in day-to-day activities at assigned locations. You will supervise shuttle drivers, monitor operations, ensure strong customer interactions, and compile daily reports to support revenue control.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year of supervisory experience in transportation or parking, a valid driver's license with a clean record, a DOT Medical Card, and availability for 2nd/3rd shifts or

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities at locations.

• Monitor and implement revenue control procedures.
• Assist with daily revenue data entry and reporting.
• Compile and interpret daily operation reports.
