Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-tier food quality and service at the Shrewsbury Plaza location. The role involves leading a team through opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with the chef leadership team and other departments, and managing orders and supplies while maintaining safety and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more supervising a team in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and in good working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Meet operating and quality standards; maintain professional leadership.
• Participate in training and development for staff.
