The role requires a high school diploma and a flexibility to work various shifts, emphasizing a customer-focused approach.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned work to develop supervisory skills, complete basic management training, and learn about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Trainees are eligible for consideration for promotion to open Supervisor positions. These leadership roles support the Store Management team by driving store performance and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of a manager, the Supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.

The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or full-time salary, with actual offers based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
