Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, retail experience, and flexible availability for various shifts.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to develop supervisory skills, completes basic management and operations training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These leadership roles support the store management team by driving store performance and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. This pay range reflects the base hourly or annual full-time salary, with actual offers depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
