Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan/schedule work, assign to technicians and track productivity.
• Labor management: supervise and develop personnel on shift.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships and uptime.
• Asset management: oversee shop appearance, tool/equipment needs and parts.
• Quality management: ensure quality inspections and root-cause analysis.
• Financial management: monitor maintenance costs and payroll/PO processes.
