Job summary

The position requires HS diploma/GED with maintenance ops experience; 1–3 years is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: planning/scheduling, assign work to technicians, productivity tracking, RO review/approval.
• Labor management: personnel training and performance management.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships, scheduling and updates, site visits as needed.
• Asset management: maintain shop appearance, equipment needs, parts inventory.
• Quality management: inspections, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement.
