CVS Health Corporation is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer care. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, maintaining store standards.

You’ll supervise crew, assist customers, merchandise effectively, and uphold CVS service culture with flexible early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnight and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture while handling issues.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and reset departments as needed.
