JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of our NYC store alive. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support juicers to deliver high-energy guest experiences while maintaining smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the daily workflow is followed with precision.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise checklists and keep store clean and safe.
• Team Training: support new juicers with training, practice, and validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable interactions.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales.
