CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in store execution and customer service excellence. The role leads staff when managers are absent, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening/closing procedures.

Qualified candidates will have strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, plus solid communication and supervisory abilities. A flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supervise activities by assigning, directing, and following up.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Maintain merchandising, stock shelves and reset departments as needed.
