Job summary

CVS Health in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are absent, ensure opening/closing procedures, and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, stocking shelves, pricing, displays, and responding to customer questions with a service-first mindset. High school diploma preferred, flexible schedule needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is absent; ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy; maintain a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and stock shelves; price merchandise and manage displays.
