Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer care. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth daily operations, and help maintain excellent service standards at CVS/pharmacy.

The role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. A High School diploma is preferred but not required, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close store procedures as required.

• Support merchandising, price labeling, stocking, and seasonal displays.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information per policy.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
