Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crews, handle customer inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and ensure merchandise is priced, stocked and displayed according to planograms. This role requires flexibility including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Required: deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; reset departments following planograms; maintain displays and inventory.
