You will supervise crew, resolve customer questions, and maintain merchandising, pricing and promotional displays while upholding CVS policies and patient confidentiality.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints per policy.
• Price, stock and display merchandise; manage weekly promotions and seasonal items.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to maintain store standards.
