Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.
• Preferred: experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise the store crew, assign and follow up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service standards; maintain confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, manage pricing, displays and inventory per planograms.
• Reset departments and maintain merchandise according to POGs.
