Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Cleveland, OH to support the Store Management team and drive store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are unavailable, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed for smooth operations.

You will supervise the crew, coordinate with management, assist customers, maintain shelves, pricing and promotions, and uphold CVS customer service standards while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise activities and direct the store crew.
• Assist customers and resolve issues per company policy.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, displays and inventory.
